Our Story

At KFR, our story started when our founder, Kasey Guelda, transformed a simple hobby into a thriving business during the Covid-19 pandemic. After examining his alcohol consumption during the lockdown, Kasey decided to quit alcohol and focus on his health. Kasey started with brewing kombucha but quickly realized that its vinegar-like taste was not for everyone. This led to the discovery of water kefir, a probiotic packed, bubbly soda with a number of digestive health benefits. Thus, KFR was established in 2022 and we have been growing ever since!
